THE COOKIES
A great deal of time and effort go into making every cookie delicious and beautiful. Every cookie is made from scratch with the freshest high-quality ingredients, including the highest quality butter, Madagascar vanilla bean paste, and free range eggs. All cookies are hand rolled, baked and decorated to order.
We will begin by talking about what you might like in a cookie design, whether it be a specific color palette, logo or theme. From the most simple to very detailed, one design or multiple shapes, there is a cookie for you and your special occasion.
The cookies are a vanilla almond flavor.
All food is homemade and not subject to state inspection. In accordance with Minnesota law, listed below are the ingredients in my recipes:
Unbleached AP flour, unsalted butter, free range eggs, Madagascar vanilla bean paste, pure almond extract, salt. Royal icing consists of meringue powder, powdered sugar, vanilla & gel food coloring.
These ingredients contain the following allergens: milk, wheat, eggs, almond extract.

After a lifetime of a love for baking, I finally decided to turn my passion into a business. Although I strive for beauty with everything I bake, taste must come first. No matter how pretty something is, if it doesn’t taste good, why bother?
My recipes are tested, tasted and perfected so that you enjoy every last crumb.
I operate as a Cottage Food Producer in Minnesota, which currently allows me to bake from my home. Because of this, I can only provide goods locally here in Minnesota.
